JACK SLIGH
After studying computer science at the University of Michigan and music composition at Grand Valley State University, Mr. Sligh came out to LA to bask in the sunlight and enjoy winter without ice for a while. For the past three years, he has taught computer classes at Hesby Oaks Leadership Charter in Encino, where he created the curriculum for a technology pathway course for the middle schoolers.
He believes very strongly in the idea that no matter the project or lesson, the students' needs have to come first, and he's very willing to go to bat for his students. Whether you're trying to program a game or debug a single line of code, you're in very good hands with Mr. Sligh.
